Meet The Owner
Hi, I’m Charlotte—founder of The Lazy Bear Gift Shop at Deep Creek Lake and a longtime lover of lake life, quirky gifts, and all things Deep Creek. I launched The Lazy Bear Gift Shop to be a little haven of happy—where vacationers, locals, and day-trippers can find something fun, funny, and full of heart. Whether it’s a cheeky candle, a cozy Deep Creek hoodie, or a handmade keepsake, I believe every item should make you smile and spark a memory.
What I Do
When I’m not curating gifts, you’ll find me running my real estate business (The Savoy Team at The KW Collective), enjoying a grapefruit crush at Dutch's, checking on my short-term rental properties, cheering on local entrepreneurs, and enjoying time by the water with my family. The Lazy Bear is more than just a shop—it’s a celebration of everything I love about this special place. I’m so glad you’re here!
